It's Raining Inside

The people in the apartment above us have an air conditioner that apparently leaks all down the side of the building. It started raining from the inside windowsill today. They're not home and the landlord can't get in. Taking pictures of the damage, I ended up with this one catching my eye.
I'm still not impressed with the situation.
